How do I find my nail sizes?
You can purchase a Nail Sizing Kit or use our at-home sizing instructions. Orders cannot be made without your nail sizes.
How long will my order take?
Processing time is usually 2–3 weeks. During busy seasons (holidays and sales), it may take up to 4 weeks.
Can I return or refund my order?
Refunds must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Due to hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted.
What if I lose a nail?
You can order up to 4 replacement nails through our Replacement Nail Service. If you need more than 4, a new set will need to be purchased.
What if I give the wrong sizes?
Sizing is the customer’s responsibility. If incorrect sizes are provided, you’ll need to purchase a new set. Refunds are not given for sizing errors.
Can I change my design after ordering?
No — once a design is confirmed and your order is processed, changes cannot be made.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes! Please provide clear inspiration photos. While exact replication isn’t always possible (as all sets are hand-painted), I’ll always get as close as possible. Complex designs may have an extra fee.
How do I apply my nails?
Each set comes with a prep kit and instructions. Quick steps:
Push back cuticles
File & lightly buff nails
Clean with alcohol wipe
Apply glue tab or nail glue
Press nail from cuticle to tip
How long do they last?
With proper prep and care, your press-ons can last 1–2 weeks. Use cuticle oil daily to help prevent lifting.
What about allergies?
All sets are made with salon-quality gel and materials. Please ensure you are not allergic to nail products or adhesives, as we are not responsible for allergic reactions.
