Nail Sizes Required

Orders cannot be completed without your nail sizes. You may purchase a Nail Sizing Kit or follow our at-home sizing instructions before placing your order.

Processing & Delivery Times

Please allow 2–3 weeks for your order to be completed. During peak seasonal periods, processing times may extend to up to 4 weeks.

Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Due to hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted under any circumstances.

Replacement Nails

If you lose a nail, you may order up to 4 replacement nails through our Replacement Nail Service. For replacements exceeding 4 nails, a new set must be purchased.

Sizing Responsibility

Nail sizing is the customer’s sole responsibility. Nailcore Press On Nails is not liable for incorrect sizing. If the wrong sizes are provided, a new set must be purchased. Refunds will not be issued for sizing errors.

Finalized Designs

Once your design has been confirmed and your order has been processed through the Nailcore Press On Nails website, changes cannot be made.

Custom Design Policy

• Custom designs require clear references or inspiration photos.

• Exact replication may not always be possible due to hand-painted artistry, but I will always strive to get as close as possible.

• Additional fees may apply for highly detailed or complex designs.

Payment Terms

• All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

• Orders will not begin production until payment is received.

Shipping Policy

• Estimated shipping times will be provided at checkout.

• Nailcore Press On Nails is not responsible for postal delays, lost, or stolen packages once the order has been shipped.

• Tracked shipping is recommended to protect both you and your order.

Aftercare & Durability

How to Apply

1. Gently push back your cuticles with the cuticle stick from your prep kit.

2. File your natural nails, then lightly buff the nail bed to remove shine (do not over-buff as this can damage your nails).

3. Clean your nails with the alcohol wipe from your prep kit.

4. Apply glue tab or nail glue to your natural nail.

5. Apply the press-on nail, starting at the cuticle and pressing down toward the tip to avoid air bubbles.

Nail Care Tip

Once applied, use cuticle oil daily. Healthy, moisturized nails create a better environment for your press-ons to adhere, while dry nails may cause lifting.
